(Charles)This is an easy one unlike some of my other recipes. But it is a good one!!! It comes from a sister in my mother's ward.
So here goes.....
1- 13 ounce Chicken breast can drained.
1/2 cup craisins (I used dried cranberries cause that's all we had)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (Yes, I actually put some nuts in it because it was plain without the nuts. Usually I won't add any nuts even if the recipe calls for it.)
2/3 cup salad dressing (Mayo or Miracle Whip will do.)
2 tablespoons honey
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg (And by all means use the fresh stuff - ya know freshly grated is the best. It ROCKS!!!)
1-1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Combine the chicken and crasins and chopped nuts in one bowl. In a separate bowl you are supposed to combine the seesonings and the dressing in another one why? So you can clean two bowls instead of one, I guess. Just use one bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients to this mixture and mix together.
I have had sandwiches 3 days this week and Carrie has had it twice. She said it was better today. Thursday!!
Please Enjoy!!!

This sounds delicious, thank you for sharing! What kind of salad dressing do you use?
