The 6 lb Pink Salmon I caught in Alaska!! Oh, how I will always remember that day.
Well Pinky and another Salmon given to me on that fishing trip became these.
It might not look good from this view but was it ever!!!!

Down the hatch!! It was the best canned fish I have ever tasted in all my near 40 years, no fishy flavors at all. Carrie even enjoyed the fish. When we go to Utah I will bring a couple of cans up. If we have any left over.
We are so ready to go back to Alaska!!!

I'm so glad the salmon was so delicious and that you have these wonderful memories of Alaska. We had so much fun with you both while we were there.
That sounds so good! I really want to go salmon fishing up in Alaska! Emily and I are excited to see you guys in November!
