Balloon Glow

Friday night we attended the 3rd Annual "Balloon Glow" at the U of A to benefit the food bank. We relaxed on the grass for about 2 hours, waiting for the wind to die down before the balloons were inflated. It was fun to talk to the balloon handlers and learn some facts while we waited. It sure was exciting to see the balloons when they finally were inflated! One balloon had about 12 men holding it down, to keep the wind from tossing it into the crowd.
