Chilean Mesquite Tree Trimming

(Carrie) Our front yard consists of dirt, a few rocks, interesting plants and two huge Chilean Mesquite trees. We love our big trees! Two weeks after we bought our home, our insurance company notified us that they didn't like the limbs hanging over the house (in case a limb broke and landed on the roof). So, wanting to be obedient home owners, we had a tree company remove the offending limbs last week. For the record - all of the people who came to look at the trees said they were perfectly fine and that the limbs were in no danger of falling. Luckily the trees still look great from the road, but we don't have all of the shade they used to provide. Here are some pictures of the limb removal.
