(Carrie) Charles had his work schedule swapped last week. He worked from 7pm to 3:30am for a few days. He made me scrambled eggs with homemade hash browns on one of his available mornings. It was a fabulous breakfast! It also got me out of eating my usual bowl of oatmeal (which I truly enjoy) for the day. Thanks Charles!
