Here's the last of our Memorial Day weekend adventure. Sunday we went to church, then drove to the Grand Canyon. It was quite hot and crowded there, but we loved the sights! We took the shuttle along the Hermit's Rest route and walked to a few overlooks along the way.
Monday we took a tour of the Riordan Mansion, a huge home in Flagstaff, which also happens to be a State Park. The Riordan family contributed much to the Flagstaff area in the 1900's. We couldn't take pictures inside, but hopefully you can get a taste of how beautiful the mansion is from the outside.
