(Carrie) Charles had last Friday off work. He worked 4 10-hour shifts so he could get a 4-day holiday weekend. He got up early that Friday morning and made me some delicious whole wheat honey pancakes before I went to work. I was so surprised to find out that he made me Love Pancakes! Isn't he a fantastic husband???

Can I have the recipe for the pancakes? I am trying to sneak whole wheat into our diet. The waffles I made last week were a huge hit!
