(Carrie) Today (September 14th) is my birthday. I slept in, looked through pictures, listened to Charles read my journal, went to church, talked with my family, played the piano (Charles got me some new piano music). Charles made me a delicious dinner of chicken roll-ups, rice and green beans - the birthday dinner I usually request. He did a great job! We also made a dutch oven dessert with Utah peaches. Delicious! I am so happy I got to celebrate this day with Charles. I had a fantastic birthday!
