I started the process of gluing pipe together.
Making the tie in to the water main going into the house.
Building the manifold system.
Then came the digging for the supports:
I borrowed a tool from work that makes digging and cleaning out holes from the auger alot easier.
We bought a yard of garden mix from ACME sand and soil. Not to mention the steer manure and peat moss from Lowe's.
We then purchased castle rock pavers for the second tier. We will add a third layer next year.
The final step was putting on the lattice on the roof and on the side. We want to have grapes grow up the lattice onto the roof as well for the shade.
TA DUH!!! The finish product.
Time to start working on the second garden spot. Yesterday, (Feb. 12) I hauled in four truck loads of garden soil as well as the pavers for the new garden spot.

It looks great. You have worked very hard to get a better garden this year.
Your yard is looking great. I wish you could come do the sprinkler system in my garden!
Was this all in one day's work?
