San Diego
(Carrie) We went to San Diego for our honeymoon. We had a fantastic trip! We went to the San Diego Zoo, the pier to watch the sunset (and saw some surfers also), Old Town to see the Mormon Battalion exhibit and the San Diego Temple. On the drive back to Arizona, we stopped at a neat place a few miles off the freeway called Painted Rock. There were hundreds of petroglyphs on a bunch of boulders that were fascinating to see! We found out the Mormon Battalion also passed through that same spot on their march to San Diego. We can't wait to visit San Diego again!
