Hi I'm Charles aka "The Squirrel Catcher"
During this past winter/spring time we noticed that there were squirrels burrowing under our backyard shed. Carrie has been reading up on gardening in the Southwest. She learned that the best place for a summer garden is on the east facing area of the yard. Guess what is on the east facing wall? yup you guessed it - the shed. So to be able to plant a garden on that wall the squirrels had to go!! I bought a live trap from a feed store and started the process of getting rid of the rodents. 6 squirrels later I think I have taken care of the problem. Here are a couple of pictures of 2 of the squirrels that I caught and the releasing ceremonies 15 miles away from the house. One evening last Tuesday we went out to the Desert Museum area to free the last critter and saw this beautiful sunset. They sure are pretty here in the Southwest!!

That reminds me when we had a gofer (I think, maybe it was a mole.) in our front yard. We didn't capture them as humanely though. I'm glad you let the squirrels go. I love the sunset pictures!
Carrie: Your Aunt Ann is never going to let you live down the Squirrels :). How you've been? You guys are awesome about updating your blog, I need to do that with mine!! Will and I bought an Airstream, needs to be fixed up. I'm going to be going to Montana State in Bozeman, need to talk to advisor, but for now think will do just 2 classes at most online hopefully :) Don't know yet if any credits transfer. Anyway...I'll have to give you a call sometime soon :) Thanks for keeping us all informed about your life. its fun to keep up this way.
Charles: Good for you on protecting your woman from Scary Squirrels :)
